The Landauer Academy Course Summary provides individual users (“User”) to view and launch courses enrolled and print a completion certificate.

Major Functions include:

  1. View Enrolled Courses and Status;
  2. Launch a Course;
  3. Printing and Saving Certificates of Completion.

I. Course Summary

This main page provides all of the major functions including:

  1. View Enrolled Courses and Status – List of enrolled course are provided and progress status.
  2. Launch a Course – Select the “Launch” button. This will open a new browser window to start or continue a course.
  3. Refresh Course Status – Select the “Refresh Course Status” if progress or completion of a course has occurred but the Status has not updated.
  4. Printing and Saving Certificates of Completion – Once a course has completed, the Certificate link will be available to select, print and download. Select the Certificate link and a new browser window will open with the Certificate of Completion and print window.
    1. Print – Choose the desired printer and select the “Print” button.
    2. Save – The Certificate is in .PDF format and several ways to save this file. Choose “File”, “Save As”, browse to the desired location to save the file, and select “Save”.

The Technical Requirements tab provides hardware and software requirements related to (i) Windows; (ii) Macintosh; and (iii) Mobile devices.

III. Troubleshooting

The Troubleshooting tab provides Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) that can be reviewed prior to contacting Support.

IV. Printing and Saving Certificates of Completion.

The Manage Users tab will display the active Certificate icon once the User has completed the course. Select the icon and a new browser window will open with the Certificate of Completion and print window.

  1. Print – Choose the desired printer and select the “Print” button.
  2. Save – The Certificate is in .PDF format and several ways to save this file. Choose “File”, “Save As”, browse to the desired location to save the file, and select “Save”.
