Q: I QUIT A MODULE PART OF THE WAY THROUGH. LATER WHEN I RETURNED TO THE MODULE I HAD TO START OVER!
A: Our courses will prompt you to resume where you left off, but only if you restart the course on the same computer or device that you were using initially to view the module.
Q: THE COURSE DOES NOT SEEM RESPONSIVE. SOMETIMES, AFTER CLICKING ON THE PLAY BUTTON IT TAKES SEVERAL SECONDS FOR THE SLIDE TO TRANSITION.
A: Please note the hardware and software technical requirements. The speed of animations, videos and slide transitions may be slower on computers that do not meet these requirements.
Q: I COMPLETED THE QUIZ, BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO ACCESS THE NEXT MODULE IN THE LEARNING PORTAL.
A: Please ensure that when you finish the quiz at the end of a module you press the submit all button. You must be connected to the internet when you submit your quiz so that our server can record the results.
Q: WHEN I TRY TO SUBMIT THE QUIZ, IT SAYS THAT THE QUIZ RESULTS CANNOT BE SENT TO SERVER
A: Please ensure that you are connected to the internet when you submit your quiz results. If you are still having difficulty, it may be that your institution is blocking the connection used by our courses to communicate with the main server.
